Bracco Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Bracco, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the AMOE rules described below for obtaining free Sweeps Coin entries. No purchase necessary to play or win. Please read this document in full before playing.
Player Agreement Overview
This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you and Bracco (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”). It applies the moment you register an account, and it continues to apply for as long as you maintain an account or otherwise access the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not create an account or use the site.
Bracco operates as a social sweepstakes promotion. Gold Coins are a play-only virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins are a separate promotional currency that, once earned or received, may be redeemable for prizes where legally permitted, subject to verification and the eligibility terms described throughout this Agreement.
Sweeps Coins may be obtained through a qualifying purchase of Gold Coin packages, which include complimentary Sweeps Coins as a bonus, or through the free Alternative Method of Entry described in the Digital License section below. No purchase necessary to play or win, and the free AMOE path always carries the same odds and value as any paid path. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
You and Bracco agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your account, or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. This arbitration clause survives termination of your account and any amendment to this Agreement.
You and Bracco each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims brought by or against you must be brought in your individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
If you wish to opt out of this arbitration provision, you must notify Bracco in writing through your account or support center within thirty days of first accepting this Agreement. If any part of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement remains in full effect.
Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations
To use Bracco, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 or 21 depending on state), and you must be legally permitted to participate in social sweepstakes promotions where you reside. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, and residents of restricted jurisdictions are not eligible to receive or redeem Sweeps Coins.
You represent that all information you provide during registration, including your name, address, date of birth, and contact details, is true, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your profile if any of this information changes, and you acknowledge that inaccurate information may delay or disqualify a prize redemption.
Only one account per person, household, email address, and device is permitted. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bracco, and any entity involved in the operation of the promotion, are not eligible to participate.
Digital License and Social Token Framework
Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are revocable, non-transferable digital licenses granted to you for entertainment purposes, not property that you own outright. This license permits you to use coins within the platform in accordance with this Agreement, and it may be suspended or revoked if you violate these terms.
The AMOE rules allow eligible players to request free Sweeps Coins by mail without making any purchase. To use this Alternative Method of Entry, submit a handwritten request containing your full name, date of birth, and mailing address to the address provided in your account or support center. Requests submitted under the AMOE rules receive Sweeps Coins of equal value to the lowest available paid package and are processed in the order received.
Gold Coins have no cash value and can never be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money or merchandise. Sweeps Coins accumulated through play or through the AMOE rules may be redeemable for prizes once a minimum threshold is met and your identity has been verified, subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Account Security and Profile Administration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to notify Bracco immediately through your support center if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Bracco may request identity verification documents at any time, including for account security review or prior to a Sweeps Coin redemption. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account with any other person. Bracco reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of shared access, credential misuse, or profile information that cannot be verified.
Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins associated with it:
- Creating or using more than one account per person, household, or device
- Using automated scripts, bots, emulators, or other tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting a software bug or defect rather than reporting it to support
- Submitting false, altered, or duplicate identity documents
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes
- Submitting fraudulent or duplicate Alternative Method of Entry requests
Bracco investigates suspected violations and may withhold pending Sweeps Coin redemptions during an active investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of coin balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
Intellectual Property and User Contributions
All software, graphics, game designs, trademarks, and other content available on Bracco are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any such content to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other contributions to Bracco, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that contribution in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform, and you may not use Bracco’s name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
System Outages and Technical Disruptions
Bracco does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, connectivity issues, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily prevent access to your account or game history.
In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects game outcomes or coin balances, Bracco reserves the right to void affected results and restore balances to their state prior to the malfunction. Bracco is not liable for coin balances lost due to browser crashes, connectivity loss, or device failure on your end.
Liability Limits and Indemnification
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bracco’s total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform will not exceed the value of any complimentary Sweeps Coins you received through the AMOE rules during the preceding twelve months. Bracco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bracco, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the platform.
Termination and General Provisions
Bracco may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or at its discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting your support center, though pending verification requirements will still apply to any pending Sweeps Coin redemption.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bracco regarding your use of the platform.
Bracco may update this Agreement from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. For questions about this Agreement or the AMOE rules, contact your account or support center.
